Laila Rivero Molina

I am an English teacher with a strong passion for teaching and developing communication skills in my students. My approach is based on creating a dynamic learning environment, adapting strategies so each student can reach their full potential in language proficiency. I enjoy fostering confidence in communication and supporting the academic and personal growth of those I learn with.
Additionally, I have experience in customer service, which has allowed me to develop key skills such as effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving. I enjoy interacting with people, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that generate positive experiences.
My combination of teaching and customer service skills has allowed me to work in diverse environments, always with the goal of adding value and making an impact.
