I'm an advocate of simple and enjoyable educational methods that involve some kind of media content, whether visual, audio or audiovisual.
The idea is to make use of contents that will not only teach you English, but will also give you an insight on secondary topics, thus expanding your vocabulary for several different subjects. Some examples can be contents about social phenomenons, politics, economy, gastronomy or even entertainment.
I believe that since English is the main focus of the class, there's a broad spectrum of serviceable material, as long as it is in English. This also allows the classes to be more tailored to the student's preferences, making the experience more dinamic and therefore facilitating the integration of knowledge.
My classes tend to be focused towards pronuntiation, listening and memorization of words as well as how to properly apply them.
Soy partidario de los métodos educativos simples y entretenidos que involucren algún tipo de contenido mediático, ya sea visual, auditivo o audiovisual.
La idea es hacer uso de contenidos que no sólo te enseñarán inglés, sino que también te aportarán perspectiva sobre tópicos secundarios, así expandiendo tu vocabulario para diferentes temas. Algunos ejemplos pueden ser contenidos sobre fenómenos sociales, política, economía, gastronomía o incluso entretenimiento.
Pienso que ya que el inglés es el enfoque principal de la clase, hay un amplio espectro de material utilizable, siempre y cuando esté en inglés. Esto también permite que las clases estén más adaptadas a las preferencia del estudiante, haciendo que la experiencia sea más dinámica y por ende se facilite la integración del conocimiento.
Mis clases tienden a estar más enfocadas en la pronunciación, el oído y la memorización de palabras así como también el cómo aplicarlas correctamente.
