I am Efrain Graneros and I'm very excited and motivated to see how I can help this company to progress and move forward. With two years teaching the gospel for my religion I was able to connect with them and recognize their problems to understand the idea and I could teach according to their needs so one of the things I always do is to recognize and teach according to people's needs.

I also spent most of the time with American native speaker wich gave a lot of tips and ideas to improve my English skills. I know students need to understand the importance of English in this new world where everything is changing drastically and my classes are focused on teaching to comprehend the topic and not leave the class with question in your mind.
With my experience at meeting necessities and teaching for understanding i know I could contribute to the progress of the company and i will help students to notice the importance of being dedicated and obedient to complete their homework and to develop a habit of studying.
