First, I choose a conversation topic in Spanish. Then I identify which words the student needs to learn to express themselves better. After that, I try to introduce those words into the conversation, and later I have the student create a text using them so they can start getting familiar with them. Once I see that their vocabulary has grown enough, I shift my full attention to pronunciation.
