My teaching approach is centered on knowing where the person stands. I take time to understand both their strengths and their challenges, creating a safe and encouraging space for growth where personal rhythms and paces are discovered and accepted. Through the various Yoga techniques I've acquired, such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, stretching, core strengthening, and more, I provide tools to help cultivate relaxation, focus, and inner calm. I work one-on-one with clients to design sessions that are tailored to their unique goals, needs, and pace. My aim is always to guide with empathy, patience, and respect. Helping each person find their own path towards well-being.
